Yes, we recommend booking appointments in advance to ensure availability. While we do accept walk-ins when possible, our schedule can fill up quickly, especially during weekends and peak hours. You can book through our website, by phone, or by email.
We understand that plans can change. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow us to offer the slot to another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged the full service amount.
